2.8 vs 3.0 pully

Im not seeing the difference between 2.8 and 3.0, what like 4hp? Won't that result in belt slip, causing an actual lose in power? I have stage 2 but everyone seem to have the 2.8 pully. feedback welcome. thanks in advanced.

I gonna be friendly but since your new its cool before you post please search. The 2.8 does give more power but there is an debate brewing about IDC(Injector Duty Cycle) going to 100% and over which can casue you injectors to go static.

In my honest opinion you will gain MUCH more than 4hp from 3inch to 2.8 first of all with the 2.8 the supercharger is producing the most HP it can without causing too much heat, in contrast go going from 2.8 to 2.6 which will only gain like 5whp. Now all pulley changes will give you about 5 to 10wtq for ever .1" you go down. which equals about a LB of boost, However once you get to 2.6 and 2.5 the supercharger is producing soo much heat that the top end power wont go up just the low end and the TQ.
Hope that helped a little bit.

its closer to about 16-18hp and 25-30 ft-lbs of torque.

show me another mod that will give you that gain for $80

and yes be very careful because new info suggests it may not be safe.

the power diff between the 2 is noticable, but the real diff is 42.5lb injectors and 60lbers
