Vid from the SRT I ran last night.

So here's one of the vids from my adventures last night. Should have 3 more coming. The SRT was stage 0 but pushing 16lbs with upgradded BOV, ported TB, bleeder and some other ****. On Run #4 he purposely jumped me and I love how I caught up and passed him.

Oh, and the cobra vert that blew by is VetHntr. He runs high 11's up here so in the second run when he was next to me he was just playing.

You barely pulled that neon bro, and its almost stock. Neon are soo fast. If the srt had near the mods you have it will pull you sooo hard. Sorry to be negative, but I just hate how those neons are sooo fast/....

To answer both your questions. The car in the far left lane is a 485whp trans am. He runs in the 12's up here. And no at my altitude I'm only hitting 83% duty cycle max on those injectors. If I was closer to sea level then I'd be running 60lbers.

better blow off valve. allows more boost without leaking like stock ones have a tendency to do.

Not the Mopar rice plate. The owner of the SRT has a Mopar BOV which, at the very most, is doing nothing for performance but more than likely leaking and hurting performance. When I had mine on it would leak at anything more than 12 PSI.

Well this was just going to be a courtesy response, but since I hit my head falling out of my chair laughing. I have to ask

Who made the mistake of saying the car had a DBB 50 trim on it? If you look, thats what it says on StreetFire.

If thats the case, that SRT has the Worst driver mod EVAR!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Not trying to be an ass, but something doesnt add up. I am guessing maybe STAGE 1, and multiple boost leaks?

Either way, quick cobalt. Congrats

Yeah, go ahead and try to pass it off that he was running slower than a stock one. Primobro was driving, he had worked on that car earlier that day along with RJ. I pulled him fair and square, but you can go ahead and make excuses for every SRT that loses to me or any other balt, since thats what you like to do......

nice runs, but I figure 270 whp cobalt would have dogged that neon out. a BOV is simply a noise maker for an srt pushin 16 lbs. and the ported tb's have been known to cause boost leaks more than anything else.with those mods, Im guessin that srt was runnin an optomistic 235 whp and 265 wtq. I still think you should have stomped the **** out of that srt. congrats on th kill though.

Those are mods from the drivers car. The guy driving that SRT is Primobro, RJ's car lays down over 500whp, thats who has the 50trim, and he is the one that was filming.

STFU! Thats what I like to do? Don't act like you know me. When have I made any excuses for any SRT? One of my best friends owns a Balt and I always show respect for them, so you barely beat an almost stock Neon, good job. I never said you didn't beat him fair and square, I just stated the truth about the Mopar rice plate. Whether you choose to believe it or not is up to you.

Yeah, thats why you posted in the other forum asking if I had a passenger. You're looking for an excuse. I'll say it again. A win is a win is a win.

No, I do not know him personally but I was told his mods are a bleed and Mopar BOV from a mutual friend.

EDIT: The SRT-4 also has a ported stock TB.
