well i just got this exhaust and im very disapointed with it, it sounds almost stock, and their welds suck its like they forgot to weld in some spots, which is causing it to leak like nobodys business
so im wondering if with time it will get alot louder?
and if not what will?

 

I've had the Touring for 3 months and nearly 4,000 miles, cant say it has gotten any louder. The touring is the quieter version of Corsa's exhaust, if you want loud, then you should get the sport version, its a big difference in tone and volume.

 

The leaks you are experiencing is more than likely the ethanol, I am not sure if they put that addidtive in the gas up there or not. You can also take it and get the area where the clamps rest and have that spot welded. I know in the winter months, that is what they put in the gas down here. As far as sound goes it the touring is the quiet one, until you really start to get on it. It will take awhile for it to break in to start sounding right.

 

i like mine, i got it used and someone broke the front of the resonator off. i had it rewelded and its cool. it does sound like it has an exhaust leak and i think the inside of the resonator rattles but on the highway its quiet until i step on it.

 

well along the edge of the resonator there is a 1 inch spot that looks like they started to weld it but it got too hot and burnt through but i am going to weld it all up this weekend so its not really a big deal except that you pay 700+ dollars for an exhaust that you would expect better quality from
