I have managed to get my badges off the rear for a nice clean look and used the GOO GONE on the remaning tape but there is a little spot that the goo gone just cant get rid of, what else is avaliable that might be a little stronger?

You should be able to find this at some place like AutoZone http://www.pbblaster.com/store/moreinfo.cfm?Product_ID=1 .

no, you dont want a penetrator
try using more goo gone, but be careful
also try Goof Off, or an alcohol pad

Why is it that Honda owners want to put as many honda decals and stickers on there cars as possible but yet Chevy tuners want to shave the car down to no emblems or badges at all? Just a thought that Id like to share

Because we know that stickers/decals/badges do not make a car faster  Sorry, personal vendeta from my area. There are to hondas, one civic, one del sol that have TypeR badges on their cars side and/or trunk along w/ a huge Honda emblem decal on the rear window and SWEAR that w/o engine mods, (well fartcan added heh) are faster than my SS/SC only cuz I won't street race them  . They don't want to use a track....go figure.
