Ok I was just on the ZZP site and found this new puller they have and I am wondering if it is designed to remove the pulley without removing the supercharger from the engine? I was looking for something that would tell me both on the site and from the testimonials but found nothing. Just that it is a great tool.
If I am right and you are able to remove the pulley on the car I will be ordering one asap.

I'm not sure. Removing the supercharger does not take as much time as some people think. You could easly remove it and reinstall it in about 30mins. However, it would be very nice not to have to remove the supercharger. I had to remove my s/c and use a press to remove my pulley. Then use a power steering pulley installer to attach the new pulley. It worked great. Hope to find out about the new ZZP tool, either way its a great tool.

in the cobalt, theres not enough room to get the pulley off without removing the supercharger.. in the redline, you could remove the pulley without removing the supercharger.. but its really not that big of a deal to remove the s/c

not true. I removed mine with a modified ac puller. barley fit over the pulley. didn't damage any thing in the process.
