Air Filter Change 2.0sc

Anyone attempted a stock air flter change on a 2.0 SS/SC. manual states have a tech do it, is it that hard? Give me some info on how and where to access it

It's not hard, it's just a pain. No need for a CAI really because the stock tube is pretty freeflowing. Just swap out the stock filter with something like an AEM dry flow and you will get similar results to a CAI.

Just do the airbox mod while you're at it... it's not that difficult.

I attempted this weekend to clean my K&N filter. Guess which socket I was missing, yea, the one you need to remove the wheel well. I spent 2 hours trying to see if I could pull it up and out where the headligth is. It's worthless to remove the headlight, bracket, horn, and foglight. It doesn't work I was at my gf's btw, my socket I found at home the next day.

it is not hard at all.... it just takes a while to put it all back together when your done..... do the airbox mod it will be way much better then the replacment
