there should be a service tag consisting of about 6 numbers and letters, if you post that we can find specs, otherwise it could have quite a few configurations. or just right click on "my computer" and go to properties and it will tell you the processor and memory. Don't worry about giving out the service tag number, it's not unique to your laptop like a serial number, just specific to it's configuration.

I think you're asking a little much for it. On Ebay they're going for less than that with better specs/condition.

Good luck selling it though.

Why would someone buy your 2 year old Dell for $650 when they could buy a similar laptop brand new for about that much now. I got my Acer for ~ $688 out the door and it runs great.

That price is fair. It's actually not a bad laptop. I really don't trust Dell from experience, but I've owned one of these. I had a fluke problem with the hard drive, but other than that it was pretty reliable. Treat it right and it will treat you right for a while. It's no Mac, but it's pretty good for Windows.

Here's a free bump.

Im sure if u called Dell and asked for the Top of the Line Dell or exactly the same one i got with all the top of the line **** they had to offer im sure u would be being the $1400
so in reality $650 including shipping is a really good deal. And so far i have never had a problem with it Im not saying that Dell isnt the best but Acer is below Dell in my opinion

for those specs its about 300$ too much lol... i'd buy it for 350 shipped. all that those specs are worth now adays, condition means nothing in computer sales.

It's more than specs. It's a reliable computer for a Windows system. I prefer Mac over Win any day, but this one isn't bad.

Just to put things in perspective, it's like comparing a Dual head unit to an Alpine with the same specs. You know the Alpine is better so it's worth more.

Look for used ones that are a couple of years old. I bought a used HP Celeron 1.2 GHz with 512 MB RAM for $50. It didn't have a charger and the batery was shot. I got a new battery for $60 and a iGo charger (universal) for $70 so I'm less than $200 with a very usable laptop.

Why is there always someone who is trying to bargain there way down. i know what its worth and that what im selling it for. so NO to ur offer. Im sure there is no where u can get a laptop that has the same features as mine for $300. So please be realistic.

I had a Pavillion by HP. It's a different computer, but that experience made it hard to trust them. You shouldn't have to send back a computer that many times over the years.

I like that you're sticking to your price. Ignore these nay-sayers and try eBay. You won't have people talking so much trash.
