Hey everyone, i know i already posted her in the appearence section, i just thought i would give the mods a chance to see her, and maybe get a shot at featured car!!! Do you think it's worthy??? I know my pics are not the best but i have a bunch of them, if you need more let me know...Thanks It's an 05 LS 2.2L, Factory white car, black interior, 5spd. Upgrades are, Rk Sport hood, Rk sport lip kit, gm SS front bumper, pearl white paint, chrome door handles,removed side strips and rear cobalt letters, 5% tint, eibach sportline kit, 18" focal chrome wheels,215/40/18 kumho ecsta UHP tires,Eclipse in dash cd player with custom painted dash mounting kit(to match factory silver trim), fusion audio 5 1/4 door speakers with tweeters custom mounted in mirror cover plates, eclipse deck speakers with crossovers, 2 12" jl audio subs, custom subbox with rockford fosgate p800.4 power series. We have many more things planned for the car, split rear dual exhaust, turbo kit, fiberglass subbox enclosures with new amps, and subs, and even more, but this all cost money which at the time we are out of, so thats it for now... The wheels are a little too 2001 for me, but I'm LOVING the rest.

Little question for you. Is the hood really functional? I know it is by design, but Ive never seen one mated to the stock airbox on a 2.4. Mind taking some under the hood pics?

 

Good job! Especially on keeping the stock low wing and not ricing it out with a HUGE aircraft wing.

 

The hood is supposed to be functional, however i haven't opened up the airbox yet, i am alittle afraid too, i could hear water splashing inside of it the other day when i opened it after a rain storm, i'll get some pics as soon as i can of the underside of the hood... The wheels, the wheels, we get alot of mixed opinion about them, better than stock though, right???

 

Wow Looks great i wouldn't have beleived that was an LS I just don't like the LS body's and thats the first one i've seen without the LS Look! Keep it up man!

We are in Keyser, about an hour or so from Winchester, we should organize a cobalt meet for NOVA, eastern WV and western MD, southern PA...

 

When has ne one changed the featured car lol, i tried a while ago but gave up.

 

It's NOT that *** color of the cadillacs, we didn't want that look at all, it actually looks very white, it doesn't have that yellowish look to it. No offense, just don't like the white diamond look myself...

 

hayha man id try a meet but my cobalt has been blwon up
and i need to come up with some cash to get it fixed...and its not covered under warranty cause i hvae aftermarket full exhaust system

sorry to hi jack but you should be covered im sorry in no way at all will full exhaust cause your motor to go boom.

looks great as a white car, I wish I could've gotten my SS/SC in white, everything looks great except for the rims(no offense, I'm very particular) other than those and the 50 cent CD, nice ride

 

Makes me wonder why Chevy does not offer the ss/sc in white, i might have gotten my car in white if they offered it
