They are tinted already, you can see the front stripe.

I guess your going for the blacked out look. Cool, but too much black for me!

Don't use them during a storm. Mine blew off last summer during one. It doesn't matter because I have new projectors now. As for light output, just get super bright bulbs.

i have some.
I have silverstars and they dont output worth **** with the covers on, and i got tired of taking them off and on. i dont really use them for that reason.


they do look good though.

I had those headlight covers, and they completely took out my light output. They turned my HIDs into cheap bulbs. I threw them away.

they are just spray painted black for now. we are gonna paint with car paint soon. as soon as the weather warms up.

The guy I got them from painted them before me. He told me he took a scotch brite pad to them and painted them on the car. The wheels are starting to chip so need to be redone soon. So I'm gonna do them right this time so they last. Gonna paint some other things on the car so I figured I do everything at once.

And chevytech, whats awful.

Take them off at night? I like the blacked out look alot. Just not my style for my car. Not totally blacked out for my car anyways. It always catches my eye when I see it.
