Thanks, Ryan UncleSmitty 01-09-2007, 09:45 PM Sure, unless someone around Milwaukee is closer (I'm @ Appleton). I've even got a couple tunes to play with... I've been fiddling with my '04 RL for a few months now. Let me know if/when you want to hook up! Smitts wingnut 01-09-2007, 10:11 PM alrighty sounds good to me, i need to get my taxes first and then order all my parts, then either put them in by you if ya dont mind or ill just do them here, which ever...thanks UncleSmitty 01-11-2007, 01:18 AM Np. All I have to say is get a real pully puller. Trying to get that damned thing off without the right tool is a major bitch. =) wingnut 01-12-2007, 01:03 AM which one is the best/easiest puller to get? UncleSmitty 01-18-2007, 12:52 AM I tried to do mine with a basic 3-jaw puller, bad idea. Then I used a power steering pump puller (I think...), another bad idea. You want to get something like the one on Intense's web site (www.intense-racing.com). Not saying that's the best or even the best for the money, but it's made for pulling & installing our pulleys. I know other vendors offer similar styles, and I think some even do 'rentals' (deposit then refund). |
