Better Gas Mileage after CAI?

Just wondering if anyone saw better gas mileage after putting on a CAI? I am kind of a penny pusher at the moment but if it will save me money in the long run, i'll buy one. Maybe we can get a group buy together?!?! I am looking at K&N or Injen.

I had an AEM CAI installed and at times have noticed about 2-3mpg increase overall. This is of course when I am not enjoying the roar of the intake too frequently.

For some reason I have been getting worse MPG with my injen intake. I hear most people gain a mile or three per gal. Was disapointing, then again the blower whistle is priceless.

I have an injen and I can reach 40 mpg on the high way easy, before the cai it was around 33mpg on the same rought. I also think my exahust has given me better MPG to.

Have not noticed much gain in that department. But one thing you have to remember is that once you go HP and performance there is not much you can do about milage. HP/performance means more frequent visits to the pumps. But oh how I love that HP and wine.

cheers
