Hi Guys,

TWM Performance (http://www.twmperformance.com/) is pleased to announce the addition of the newest shift knob to our line, the Desert Eagle Shift Knob (http://www.twmshiftknobs.com/shiftknobs/desert-eagle-shiftknobs.html). We have combined the basic design of our Classic shift knob (http://www.twmshiftknobs.com/shiftknobs/stainlesssteelshiftknobs.html) with the dimensions of our popular .44 Magnum shift knob (http://www.twmshiftknobs.com/shiftknobs/44magnumshiftknobs.html) resulting in our heaviest weighted shift knob yet!

The famous smooth shape of this awesome shift knob is already well known but never before has it been offered with this magnitude. Get smooth classic styling while substantially improving your shift feel thanks to 600 grams of billet stainless steel. Now, thanks to NTIS (http://www.twmshiftknobs.com/column/index.html), the Desert Eagle shift knob (http://www.twmshiftknobs.com/shiftknobs/desert-eagle-shiftknobs.html) is available for virtually any car!

The Desert Eagle is compatible with all of our short shifters (http://www.twmperformance.com/), as well as most threaded stock shifter shafts.
Check it out here: TWM Desert Eagle Shift Knob (http://www.twmshiftknobs.com/shiftknobs/desert-eagle-shiftknobs.html).

Since the Cobalt stock shifter shaft is not threaded, you would need to upgrade to a TWM Short Shifter (http://www.twmperformance.com/shortshifters/chevroletshortshifters/chevroletcobaltshortshifters.htm) which has a thread shaft to be able to install the Desert Eagle shift knob (http://www.twmshiftknobs.com/shiftknobs/desert-eagle-shiftknobs.html). If you buy the Cobalt short shifter at the same time as the shift knob, you save $35 off the shift knob!

Check it out: TWM Cobalt Short Shifter (http://www.twmperformance.com/shortshifters/chevroletshortshifters/chevroletcobaltshortshifters.htm)

Our Cobalt short shifter (http://www.twmperformance.com/shortshifters/chevroletshortshifters/chevroletcobaltshortshifters.htm) also allows for lots of different shift knob options as well. Many quality aftermarket shift knobs rely on threaded shifter shafts for proper fitment, and since our short shifter shaft is threaded M12 x 1.25 any Toyota, Scion, or Subaru stock or aftermarket knob would also fit.

I hope this helps,

Kevin
