E-bay man... it is your friend... I paid $20 for my Nokya headlights... absolutely love them.

Though you'll have to open your lights to get out the yellow reflector... unless you want that blue bulb to make your turn signal a sickly green...

Maybe this is a stupid question, but isn't it illegal to have anything but a yellow signal light? Correct me if I'm wrong, its just that I thought I saw that mentioned on the forum previously.

It's pretty much illegal to have anything but yellow turn signals... but the only time you'll get hassled is if you live in a state that does yearly inspections.

HID are too expensive just for a lighting upgrade also sylvania silverstars IMO don't look much different than stock

I have read that if you just buy replacement bulbs, anything over 6500K is just a waste. you need the extra power from a true HID system in order to emit more light.

My brother said he can get me HIDs installed for $150 cuz he works at Honda? Thats a good deal right?
And I always though 6500k, 8000k, etc was how bright the bulbs were

actually the higher the K the dimmer the light,4500k(yellow) to 6500k(white) to 8000k(blue) are your brightest ones, anything above that is not worth the money it just for looks, my Balt just recieved an upgraded to 8000k headlights and 4500k foglights, i dont have high beams and i dont need them haha! with the right brand of hid's the 8000k can be pretty blue... i can post pictures later if you would like to see

6,000K is the best, but 8500K isn't too bad. Don't go any higher than that. The Sun's visible light output is 5800K.
