E-Bay intake?

im sure this has been asked but i don't have any time right now to search.
Has anyone used this intake? http://cgi.ebay.ca/TITANIUM-05-06-07...QQcmdZViewItem

It looks just like the Injen but with a different filter and rubber elbow. im just wondering , i was thinking about it but iwould put on a AEM dryflow filter and a better elbow. thanks

I was looking at these a while ago, most ebay companies buy a mainstream intake and copy it. I think that you should be the guinea pig and buy then let us know.

one of the vendors bought a couple and sold them at the price they got but I'm not sure who bought them or if they even received them yet, so I'd search around the forums.

Be the guinea pig, if it doesn't fit send it back. This is how much intakes should be.

Sweet deal man. I was wondering about those intakes and how they compare. I'm interested to see what ends up happening here.

i was willing to buy one from that vendor and do a review for them with an AEM dryflow on the end....but they never got back to me.

and yeah other than fitament, and diameter. pipe is pipe
If its a decent diameter i could see this being a cheap alternative.

the only reason i even thought about this CAI is because it is built just like the INjen. but with a different filter. so you pay your $70 for the ebay kit and what maybe $50 for the AEM dryflow? much cheaper than the real injen.

I bet it's identical to the Injen, just cheaper because it doesn't say Injen on it.

I'm actually doing that. But i don't have the dryflow. We'll see how the filter that comes with it works. Then maybe an AEM in the future.

dont trust that filter.

pipe is pipe, but there is ALOT of junk out there pretending to be filters.

go with the AEM, its cheap and performs extremely well.

also Id love to know the diameter of the pipe, how the bends look in person....and if it has any bottlenecks.

Intake just showed up. Looks pretty good. I haven't measured it but it looks like 2.5 inch piping and the weld looks good. Came with a no name dry filter. We'll see how that works. Wish me luck. I'll have a write up in a few days.
