well thanks to all that showed for making this our best meet yet
38 cars total(came and left)
we all froze our asses off and checked out the cobalts,GTOs, the focus crew was there and they were cool until after we left hooters, plenty of drive by rice

we left the mall and lead a motley cruise to hooters for cold beer and wings
then cruised around grapevine

That was an awesome meet. I'm glad everyone that showed up was cool and didn't get anybody into trouble. Anybody get pics of the Del Sol rolling on hubs?? That was hilarious. Give me a shout Evan. I'll see what I can do to help you out on your seat situation.

While we were at Hooters, Even left his dogs in his car. When we came out (I was parked right next to him) he gets in his car and goes "************!!!" I look over and his dogs ate his drivers seat. I am not talking about a small hole, the ate about an 8 inch hole through his seat. Hopefully somebody has pics.

well thanks for the shout out don't forget about the lone mazda 6 well guys I was on the 6club website and I hope the next time you have a meet we would love to join up us being a little small in the dfw area but we are trying to meet witht he gto guys and roll to kenedale on sat feb 10th i believe at the hoters in south arlington and then to the track well I appreciate the hospitality from the ss crew and hope to meet up with you again I would love to run a stock ss supercharged in the 8th anyone game

 

I'd love to run an 8th, period. I've never run at a strip before. I think it'd be great to have a meet and then go to a strip to do some racing.

 

I will try and get a little more info from the gto guys for sure but yeah I wana break me a piece of one of you guys I think It'll be a good run. as long as its a stock one

 

I had a nice time visiting with a few of you guys. The cars looked nice and i was impressed by the turn out good job. Looking foward to the next one

I also want to get in on some SS S/C action, i want to see how they stack and hold up (modded or not doesnt matter). Prefered location would be street somewhere, ( I tend to break **** at the tracks lol)

Looks like i am leaning more and more towards one of these as a DD.

Japeater, I don't know what Even's screen name is, but I can get the backing for his Recaro for about $450 including tax. I can't isntall it though. That would have to go to an interior shop. List price on what he needs is almost $540 excluding tax from Chevy. Have him give me a shout. There are no used ones in Texas that I can find.

Guys, I was the black focus sedan out last night with you guys. I wanted to thank you for inviting us out there, and also apologize for a couple. It was a huge meet for being so cold, hope things work out better if there is a next time.

 

We appreciate you coming out last night. We are going to have another meet in two weeks (I think). Next week won't work since it is Super Bowl Sunday. Bring your friends. This meet is going to become something really special real fast if we can keep attendance up. I don't think we should have a meet every week though. That will become overkill fast. I think once or twice a month will be good enough. Besides, if we meet every week attendance will probalby drop.

The turnout was better than expected and its always a good thing when there are no tickets and or accidents. For me I love to drive so to have more of a cruise would be great. Oh, also thats why dogs don't make good accesory items because those dogs would have found another way home.

I would be down for a cruise sometime this weekend if anyone is game.

 

I would be game for a Saturday cruise. If some of you want to meet me at the mall on Saturday for a real cruise I will lead you down 2499, to 407, to 1171. Awesome cruising roads. Probably about a 1hour rondtrip though.

 

Best place to find some rice though, North Dallas Tollway. If you have a Toll Tag, you can almost ALWAYS find 350Zs, G35s, and a shitload of RSX-S with big fart cans. Oh and you can also find DPS through there........

 

I was really suprised at the turnout myself. I remember when it was maybe five of us out there. It was nice seeing some old faces. I'll try to come around a little more often and would love to have a track day. I haven't had a chance to run mine since my upgrades.
