I currently have a tune for my car right now but it's running like shit! I was woundering if any body would be so kind to send me their tune? My current mods are: 2.7 pulley, 42lbs injectors, CAI, and a 3" downpipe no cat with 3'' exhaust. I would greatly apreciat it! Thanks:twothumbs

Either a bigger pulley or bigger injectors. You are maxing your duty cycle.

^ Halfcent is right, 45 lbs on 2.8" is too much as well. You can't use anything smaller than a 2.9" on a 45 pound set up.

I realize that the 2.7 is too much for the 42lbs but its still tuneable. I tune of people have this set-up and are putting down pretty good numbers. I just need something cause my car is slugish in the low rpm's and runs out of steam in the upper rpm's.

I ran the 2.7 on a gm stage 2 tune and 42's for almost a year. no problems until it started to get cold. so i upped back to the 2.9 billetflow.

ran my best pass of 13.20 with that setup and drag radials.

Try Sp00ner on the Redline forums, he charges but it isn't that much.

Was that on the gm flash stage 2 or did you have some one tune on top of that?

Why would my car blow up?

Just use the GM Stage 2.

i swtiched over to 60's and a 2.7 from the 42's and a 2.85.
duty cycle was close to 100%, now im at 70%
either stick with stage 2 or spend the extra time and cash to make yer car have power with reliability.

There is one in the Hptuners repository. Just go download it

I'm sorry, but it's simply foolish. Just because you can make it work doesn't make it at all smart. Everytime you run at WOT at high RPM, you are starving your engine of fuel and destroying it. Rather then try to get a tune that will make it work, make it work right.
