What the dealer did to my Car

I brought my car to the dealer to get the car waxed and detailed with some special **** they have. Well i left the dealer and went and got something to eat and while i was eating they called me and told me they were washin my car and the head of the pressure hose blew off and went right through my back window. There was water and glass every where. I nearly killed some one. Cause to make it worse. They left my car outside in the rain while i was on my way back. And when i got back they but my car in the shop garage put the kid slammed my door getting out so the window callapsed into the car.

I snapped a pic right before it collapsed in

It happened a little while back. They replaced the window, speackers, and put new seats in the back cause the glass cut the leather at the top. I had to rock a Malibu for like a week untill it was all fixed.

just think.. you have to go thropugh the hassle of waiting for it to get fixed.. but you migh end up getting some free **** like a parts gift certificate or somthing.. thats what my dad would do if it was at our dealer..but that does suck major *****

You are lucky to have gotting the malibu. I got shafted with a minivan for two days while I was getting repairs. Imagine the anger then while you drove your minivan out to town in place of your cobalt they messed up.

I think what needs to be seen here is for the most part it was an accident. I mean all the car washes at the dealer are automated, unless they were using the power washer, which even so it wasn't really anyones fault, **** happens.

IT does suck that they left it out in the rain, but I'm sure enough water got shot into the car to begin with it wouldn't have mattered.

And almost no matter what the glass would have collapsed into the car, you can't take crap like that out in one big piece.
