RKSports Hood Going Cheap - Ebay

There's an RKSports ram-air hood for a G5 going pretty cheap on Ebay. Ends tomorrow and it's at $250 with no bids. If you like the style, it'll fit no problem on any model 'Balt, or of course G5. Can't wait til they put one of their center-mounted low-scooped hoods up.

Time to delete this thread. I don't want anyone to bid on this because $250 is my highest offer.

I like the hood because it allows air in. I would then have heat extractors put near the windshield to allow the air out. For this purpose a fiberglass hood works over C\F, and if I get it that cheap it's worth it. This actually saves me the hassle of trying to get RKSport to sponsor me the same style hood.

This is the hood they have that I'll probably get. Looks like it's pre-ducted to go to short-ram sitting where the factory airbox is (GMPP).
If anybody has this hood, I'd love to hear your review of it.

I think it kinda looks like a GTO as well. I think it's not bad, probably look nice on a G5. On a Cobalt.. I'd have to see it first because of our grills.

thats a great deal. rksport sells it for 595 online. i like that front bumper. Anyone know if it would fit the cobalt? I believe everything is pretty much the same except for the rear bumper.

Mike - you should borrow to get the hood that cheap, that's like 50% savings if it stays about where it's at now.

Haha, nothing. I just want RK to sell that G5 hood for like $800 so they'll put up the hood I want like I asked them too and I can get it for under $300 .

I never said I wasn't interested, I just hadn't looked at it yet. This is a deal one can't pass up.
As for your tune, as long as it is done before I need to send the cables to JBP and I am not sure what there idea of a few weeks is but it may be pushing it.
