Did the Vette even squeal the tires? It sounded like the Talon did. If the Vette was trying, I think you woulda heard the V-8 engine over that 2.0 Mitsubishi. If it is real (which I doubt), then that Vette driver needs some driving lessons.

The Talon is highly modified, and has a pass of 11secs.. the Z06 driver was NOT giving ***** out, nor is it his, they were doing it for fun.. it had around 2k on it.. thw driver of that car actually has a 9 sec. Camaro, N/A, 6-speed.. it was just a for fun race to see..

i thought the z06 is about 11.5 in the 1/4, that vid said the talon was an "11 sec car" which can be 11-11.9... so I think that driver just sucked. Plus... I'd take a vette over a talon any day

THE TSI AWD and the gsx are not cars to mess around with i know a couple of guys in the sub 10-11 seconds and i think one in the low 9s now

 

My previous car was a dsm.... so I know what they are capable of. Especially AWD, you could get into the high 11s easily. They are basically predicsors of the evo.

 

i seen shepards racing talon go 7.7 at 195. it was incredable. but the zo6 is not to be messed with. plus that talon was all wheel drive and like the guy said before it is a 11 sec talon so is the vette and he said the guy in the vette wasint gving it hell
