I ordered the adjustable cam gears and neutral balance shafts from SMG. Cheapest prices out there.


On a side note I will be sending my cams to Crower this week for a regind. I'll let you know how it goes.

Are the neurtal balance shafts actually worth it? Do you need to be doing major engine work for them to pay off?

According to the build book you can "just" install them (like that's an easy thing to do). You'll have to live with more engine vibration.

If you're building an engine that needs the Neutral Balance Shaft upgrade, then you shouldn't be worried about vibrations...

I didn't think there would be any difference, I'll check the sizes.
Update: the adjustable cam gears fit, and are exactly the same size.
