Prothane Manual trans bushings for ALL Cobalts!!

We just received in stock prothane trans bushing kits for the 2.0, 2.2, and 2.4L cobalt 5 speeds.

We should have them listed on the site today or tomorrow for purchase. They are $59.99 + ship for both the front and rear trans mounts.

Comes with easy to follow instructions. They are a lot firmer than the OEM stock ones, combine it with our Turbo Tech Racing upper engine mount and have a COMPLETE setup of mounts. Reduce or even eliminate wheel hop and improve your track times. 60 foot track times have been known to drop .1 - .2 seconds off the 1/4 mile by using aftermarket mounts.

Whats the installation like? Is there an increase in vibration?

Install time takes a little over an hour. There is an increased amount of vibs however they are not bad IMO.

Yeah I'm very interested too. Is there a difference between polyurathane and Prothane or are they the same thing?

The only thing with these is the vibration. I don't want to buy something and not like it. I get enough vibration from my exhaust already. How noticable is the vibration?? I know it is a hard question to answer without showing me, I appreciate any effort. Thanks.

At first, I noticed a big increase in vibration, but after an hour or so it went away. My exhaust vibrates a lot too, so overall, I didn't notice any increased vibes.

Red is the only color.

Shipping is $20.00 via USPS Express Mail.

This is the only shipping service we use for Canada.

I ordered these the same week they came out from Prothane and got them just last week. I put them in this past weekend and they are awesome, as they said it's a little over and hour to do both. The only this is it's been -25c and -35 the last couple of days so they vib a lot worse, but other then that 100% happy with them, and eliminated most wheel hop (with 16" snows)

There is a thread in the how-to section. Just search that forum for "mount", titles only. Also, Aaron indicated these come with instructions so between the two it should be all good.

Replaces the front and rear trans bushing, with a more firm bushing.
