Angry Wrecked the SS

This is the aftermath of a semi running me off the road into a conrete freeway divider Im so pissed. So far estimate is almost 8 grand to fix. They are replacing the whole uniside, rocker, door, fender and mirror. The body shop also said the rear axle beam is bent along with the engine cradle, axle and strut in the front. Im sure it will look all good when its done but I dont think it will ever quite drive the same....

It was pretty windy the day this happened and a side wind caught him and literally blew him into my lane and my natural reaction was to swerve and bam before I knew it i was on the concrete divider

I wrecked my cavalier a little worse than that about 5 years ago. Also on a concrete divider, and also with severe suspension damage (hydroplaned and played pinball on the narrow freeway with the concrete walls). 2 months later it was seriously GOOD AS NEW. I hope the same applies to you. Sorry it happened in the first place though.

dude, my buddy got run into a wall like that and threatened to sue the semi company. they settled out of court with him for $100,000. now, he was injured but im sure you can get something outta them. Im assuming the guy didnt stop since you havent said a word about it. If you can find out who it was then you can get some good money man. dont go down without a fight.

That sucks man, I know how you feel. A big lifted Ram cut me off and put me in the center divider a couple months ago. I had to get a new wheel, control arm and knuckle because of him.

Dude, that really sucks.

How much is the rear quarter panel, labor, and paint? I'm wondering because I've had a dent that may require replacement of that whole section.

According to my estimate, cost of the entire uniside (you cant just buy the quarter panel) is near $600 and the body labor is 20 hours and 4 hours of paint labor. The body shop my car is at charges $44/hr for both paint and body labor
