I saw the dyno room used to test jet engines at Homestead AFB when a customer of my dad's worked down there as a mechaninc on F-16s. Very cool to see a jet engine hooked and running inside this little building. the side walls were moveable vents to change the airflow, and there was a huge exhaust sweep from one end of the building pointing straight up, maybe 6 feet in diameter.
