how much you pay for those wheels? are they like 8" wide or what? cause i could like some wide 17s instead of the 18s, at least for the track

hahaha , no ...I picked up up from a firend of mine

ggarcia86 - $650 shipped brand new . Rota will do a custom order if u have 5 buyers . We tried but couldnt get 8" in the wheels we got . They didnt offer the Subzero in a 8 . Their 7.5 wide @ 17 lbs per rim .

Wheels definately look good!

How hard is it to remove that little amber circle? I think it look SO much cleaner... Plus, I've got the Silverstar corners, and you can't even tell. lol.

Vary nice man.

But one thing.
I have a 7.5" wide rim and 235s and there is no way 245s will fit this rim unless the contact patch is masivly deformed.
You will have tread cuping realy bad.

I have a small amout the I was ably to correct by taking my tires to 45psi but you will have it so bad they will cup even at 50psi.

But I would love to see some pics proving me wrong!!!!!!!!

you dont think theyll fit even if you go 35s. Like 245, 35s

The 235's arent even close to having a issue , Im gonna go ahead and gamble on the extra 0.39" . When I go to get them installed I will just have The Tire Rack mount up 1 tire and see how it looks . There pretty cool about working with you . Goodyears rim width range recommendations for the F1GS D3 in a 245/45-17 are 7.5-9 . Both the 245/35-17 and the 245/40-17 they list 8-9.5" on the rim width range .

averagewhiteboy - Same procedure as if you were gonna paint your headlight bezels , except your just taking them apart to pull out the amber lens . Its just held in with a couple tabs . Real easy IMO .

Thanks again guys

You are using a 17" rim and Im using an 18" rim. That and the tire brand you go with will make the diff.

My tires say that the min for the rim is 8" wide in a 235 and I do have a small problem with cuping.
AS I said I fixed it by uping the tire pressure.

And I do hope they fit man. They will look killer if they do.

Later!
