Hey guys, just wondering where you got your windows tinted, how much it cost and how good of a job they did.

There are a couple of places.

I am going to Shades to get my tint done, They are pretty good

If you are a member of the JCO. There is a guy named John the tinter does tints.


I had touble with Durand last time i had a tint done.

Whatever you choose makes sure the work is guaranteed for life of the car.

 

I was thinking about Shades, I work at Myers and we do all our tint through them so I was hoping they might hook me up with a deal. I know Pearl does awesome work, but it seems expensive, I was quoted 240.

 

John the tinter did mine for 2 door for 140, but didn't do the rear strip at the top.(**** off, but will get it done in the summer) I'd give him a call...good work, but should ask for the matrix strip to be done. I know Tint won't stick to it, but I KNOW there is a way to cover it up.

 

+1 for Shades. Not sure on how they price compared to others, but I will back them up on quality. I had my '92 Talon done by them in 1994 and it was still top notch when I sold it in 2005.

 

got quoted 249 at Shades, but I am willing to pay top dollar for good work, since window tint has to be done right the first time
