anyone going up on april 1st? traction will suck as it is opening day.. i'm only gonna go up if theres a decent group of people i know going up.

haha, yeah he does. Last time i talked to him, the machinist that was doing his headwork was on vacation or something. He's getting really anxious about this build....its going to be really mean.

 

hell yeah i talk to him everyday and he cant wait and i always tease him with me saying oo i raced this car that car, lol but i cant wait, he said he might be able to come all the way down to new york to my school to show people cobalts really do have potential, no one will believe me cobalts can run almost in the 11 second range.

 

LoL Keith is gonna blow his drivetrain to bits the day he gets it back. I know he won't be able to keep his foot off the gas lol. He hasn't driven it in like 8 months lol. The first thing I'd do would be to light up the tires.

 

i wouldn't and he isnt he said he was going to take it easy becuase he has to let the motor break in or something along those lines, but i bet that thing is going to sound mean!!!! ported manifolds and ported supercharger and downpipe, and then the cat-back, you guys should all come with him down to new york and have a big ass cobalt meet in my senior lot at the school, and be a cobalt attack and show all the punks around here cobalts rule.

Best part about Keiths car, is everyone says I'm doing this and this and this, yet never does it. Keith on the other hand HAS all the stuff, just waiting for the porting and crap takes time. It'll be one bad ass car, but unfortunately he may find the next weakest part in the Cobalt.

yeah, i'm calling blown trans/diff. I think the motor is going to be rock solid, but the driveline isnt going to do so hot over time i think....remember his first tranny? lol
