Beleive it or NOT

I was driving down the Queensway in Toronto and all of a sudden BOOM, I thought my rear tire blew. I pulled over, stepped out of the car a heard a loud hissing coming from my rear passenger tire. There was a 6 inch 3/8 bolt stuck in my tire but only the head of the bolt was visible. When I pulled it out I couldn't beleive my eyes. Lots of pics coming soon. It was stock 18 inch tire, any suggestions on where to get it replaced and if covered under warranty.

They do offer it for extra $$, my dealer failed to mention it to me, though. I noticed the coverage when I re-read my warranty info after I got a flat 5 days after I bought dang the car. If I had known about it, I would of gotten it.
