Does anyone know if a 20x8.5 with a 35 offset will fit on a SS/SC without any problems? Also what tire size would you reccomend if it will. Thanks Guys

 

Whooooa, 20x8.5!?! I've never seen that done on a 'balt before. Doc is using the biggest setup i've seen thusfar, running 20x7.5 American Racing Casino's. I can't help ya, as i've upgraded from my 2.4SS 17x7's to Enkei WDMs, in 18x7.5......just a mild step up. But if you do get 20x8.5 wheels (if they even fit), i'd def love to see them!

 

Yeah thats my dilema the website says they will fit but that seems pretty big for the balt, might have to just settle for the 7.5's

 

Thats what i'd do. 20x8.5 just sounds too risky. Plus, if you ever lower you car, the 8.5" width might interfere, and rubbing issues could commence. I think 7.5" is plenty wide. Ideally though, i'd love a 19x8 wheel. But I just wanted some nice wheels to hold me over while I finish my engine and suspension mods. Eventually once I get my engine and suspension where I want them, i'm gonna sell the Enkei's and save up for some 19" Falken Circuit Spec's. Love those wheels, but I didn't love the $1,700 price (with tires). My Enkei's put me back $1,100 on sale, being as my tax return was $1,017, thats all I was willing to spend at the moment.
