I recently talked with someone that said there is a possibility that you guys(MRZ performance) would be coming out with a spark plug cover for our cobalts.

Specifically, I have a 2.0, but I was wondering if you will be doing this for any of the cobalts. I am very interested, and would be more than happy to start a thread to see if many others are interested(I know there will be many).

This one is from an older vendor that used to supply it. I would like something similar, if not exactly the same. Any chance?

I don't mean to jump your tread, but I remember seeing a supporting vendor that makes these covers and a whole lot more. I can't seem to find it in the vendor list. Maybe someone else may have seen them also and may know the name of the vendor.

I hope they make all three pieces that ShowMeStreetCustoms used to make (fuel valve cover, spark plug cover, and fuel rail cover).

Yep. I think they start the first weekend of May.

Does anyone know if those coil covers are two pieces or just one? I would like one but with a reversed color scheme. The bigger part being SBO and the writing polished. If they are two pieces I'd just order one unfinished and do it myself.

Just curious. I know we don't really know because MRZ hasn't announced anything, I just wanted some ideas. I know it will be worth the wait because MRZ makes some great stuff.

They are now in prototyping stage, they should bea ready for sale in about 2-3 weeks from now ;) They will be made exactly like the door sills in lightly brushed stainless steel plate but there will be a backing plate showing up the color of your choice underneat it. :cssNET: Most OEM emblem will be available at no extra fee and custom designs also for an extra fee.

- Spark plug cover
- Battery box cover
- Fuel rail-injectors cover

We'll prolly start this up with a group buy like for the door sills ;)

i don't see why someone didnt do this earlier, even thoiugh i jsut got my cobalt, it was the first thing by jsut looking at the engine bay tat gives it a nice chrome factor more of a ss feel under the hood besides the supercharger

Yes i deffently what one of the fuel rail cover and plug cover soon as you get them i will purchase them there probably be a wait right? How much they gunna run for price wise and you will probably have Yellow ones right? I will be on here all week seeing if they come avaliable

I also am looking forward to his cover. I want to do the CF idea as well to go along with my custom CF fuel rail cover on my 2.2L. It will look great with my smoked chrome powdercoated valve cover.

Im in for these, i actually like the first pic with the chrome and red but then again all my accents are red. Any idea on what the three will run for, and any extra fee to put a club name on the Fuel Rail Cover

I am in for the spark plug cover, and the fuse box cover the second they are available. Maybe I should be first on the list for starting this thread? :)


Also, a word to everyone. When you order from MRZ, order all the things you want at once, instead of one at a time, since they are in Canada, and customs like to hold on to our packages. I order the door sills three weeks ago, and I just got them today. MRZ is a great vendor, it is customs fault they take so long.

P.S. The sills look amazing!!
