this may be a stupid question but I haven't seen a set of these up close. Is the glow actually coming from the bulb or could it possibly be a reflection of the upper amber bulb on the chrome housing showing up in the projector?

Looks like the chrome is reflecting the turn bulbs man. I haven't heard this from anyone cuz everyone gets the black.

also is it just the driver side headlight? or do both of them have it?

I don't see any orange coming from the high beam... I see a little blob of it right above the high beam, but under the turn signal... If that's what you mean, then yeah, it's just a reflection.

no its coming from the high beam bulb.. if you look at it you can tell its got a nasty yellowish glow to it and it sickens me.. and yeah its like that on both sides, just the drivers side is more noticeable. i tried turning off my lows but then the highs go out too so i cant really take a better pic unless i took my low bulb out..

only thing i can think of is something in the wiring harness isn't making the right connection....like the high beams are touching with the low beam's and its causing the high beams to light up a tad....

I don't have that problem, & I have the chrome projectors. I just can't seem to get 2 beams on the road.

when I installed mine, one of the headlights, the low beam was dull and the only light that worked. When I took it out, I bent the prongs straight. These are the prongs that are in the blue plug. Once I did this, the projectors worked properly. Just try this, I think this will fix your problem.

they are not suppposed to be on when the lows are on. That was what I was talking about. One of my lights was on a dim setting at all times. Try and unplug the blue plug and straighten out the prongs. This should get rid of the fact that your hi beam is on. Is this on both lights or just one of them?

The blue plug I am talking about is the plug that is on the projectors side. It is what you plugged the car's headlight plug into. My prongs were bent in different directions and were causing the headlight to not work properly. Just unplug the headlight plug and look at it and see if your prongs are bent. If they are, try to straighten them out and this might fix your problem. It might seem a little wierd, but it did work for me.

easy fix: check your gray connectors you connected in the harness, the middle prong likes to bend and not make a connection, mine did the same. simple fix

Here is a picture from an0malous's projector aiming how to. My bad, it is the gray plug. When you look into it, you will see 3 prongs. These 3 prongs need to be straight. If they look bent, this will cause you to have problems with lights not working properly

well, i just looked at the prongs on both harnesses and they are all straight..i even messed with them a little.. but unfortunately, i still have that nasty glow.. did i wire them wrong or something? i would also like to wire the side markers with the turn signals.. i think its dumb that they dont flash with them.
