Brighter Headlights

I live out in the country where there are a lot of deer. Even with the brights on I can't see the deer until I am right up on them. Is there something I can do to improve the lights and make them brighter? I thought maybe there are replacement lights out there that are better. Let me know if you guys and gals have any ideas.

Thanks.

Do like I did on my Wrangler. Get 4 100W ProComp Offroad lights. 400W of forward light. Each light had a 5 mile spot beam and I had them aimed so that each beam was just touching the adjacent one. Literally a wall of light from about a 30 degree angle to either side of the road. It was fun.

You can just install a set of HIDs. Thats what my husband and I plan to do with both my Cobalt and his WRX. We got the set off of eBay, there is a guy who sells for almost any kind of headlight and I can guarantee that those will be the brightest you can get....my husband had them on his Honda, it was crazy.

Sylvania Silverstars are DAMN nice too if your budget isn't there for the HID's..They are about 40 bucks, give a nice light blue/purple tint and help out with night vision quite alot

LOL! I appreciate the offer, but no thanks. Did you buy em from Walmart? That would be the reason if so. I had bought these through Wally world for my Trailblazer and they kept blowing, fortunately for me I kept reciepts and found a way to rotate them out for free. lol...I bought this set from Advanced Auto Parts and have yet to have a problem. Walmarts items are a cheaper version of the original parts, which is why they can sell Pioneer, Sylvanias ect ect for much cheaper then most other places.

Eventually I will be upgrading to some HID's, but my budget for the appearance department is a lil low as of now. I'm working on my performance still. lol

No, i got them from Advanced auto, luckily yeah there cool about returning them, although I got kinda sick of replacing my bulbs every other day and finnaly ebay'd some cheap bulbs, which really worked out nice, awesome color and way brighter than the silverstars

Nice clean bright light. altho not as bright as pure white HIDs.

I am finally ready to break down and get some headlights. Sorry to open up such an old post.

Are the HID's the way to go? How much are they and where can I get them from?
