Exclamation The Official TNT F/I Challenge!

Ok, heres the deal. I am quite tired of seeing posts about you guys saying your gonna go turbo, your gonna go turbo, but nobody tries (except celicabalt).

So heres my challenge. Garrett GT Tuner kit retails @ $3,200. I have it listed as $3,100. I WILL sell it for $2,800. that $400 off.

So, here it is. Its on the line. How many will man up?

your correct, i have been talking about this for a while now mike, however this project is planed to a "T" and considering i havent put my self in debt at all while buying all the needed parts, i knew from the start it was going to take time....

how ever i am confused by what "excuses" your talking about....because as of yet it was a lack of parts to make it happen....now that they are all here its time to start, once school is out in another week or so it'll get taken apart and then the project will be started and completed in a 9 day span...then tuning, ect will fallow.

Sorry, but my car is at Alpine as I write this. If the exhaust flange arrives there tomorrow, the turbo should be installed and the car should be on the rollers for tune Saturday. Pics to follow.

Man if my tax return was just a little bit better (like $2,400 better).

LEWISS - Are you still gonna use your custom scoop witht the turbo intake? That would be cool.

Yes, we will use the GMPP filter box and filter that breathes through the scoop. We will also re-use the stainless intake pipe with the MAF mount and breather tube nipple, but turn it around to face toward the firewall. The turbo will be mounted between the engine and the firewall (as it is in both the current kits, and Hahn's one-off).
