Okay first off I am not upset, just a bit lost, and mis-understood.

I ordered some big money parts from a site vendor "not going to mention the name" on March 30th, and have yet to hear anything or get my parts. The only info I was e-mailed was my pay pal receipt. I didn't have any issues with communication at first "I had to ship them something to them", and they were quite helpful.

Within 2 days I got the item back I sent them, but not the rest of what was ordered? I figured it was because of the upcoming holidays "easter" or simply being busy. I waited about a week and e-mailed the vendor, but no reply.

I waited a couple more days, and e-mailed them again, but no reply. So I decided to PM fellow site members who have connections with the vendor to see what they could do or say.

Despite all the efforts these members made still no parts or reply on status or shipping?

A couple of days ago I was told "via PM" to e-mail my adress info to the vendor, so they could check my status. I did that Thursday early afternoon, and still no reply.

So now I am at a loss... I was told by others that the parts might be on backordered, but I never got an e-mail telling me that or any kind of information. Also the money for the parts was taken out of my account the same day I ordered the parts.

From past dealings I have had over the internet, company's don't take out the money on backordered parts until they get them in and shipped.

So I'm a bit confused on the situation, and what else to do?

PLEASE HELP!!!
