Aftermarket Shifter Cover

Ok, here is an off the wall one here. I was thinking after I grabbed my nice hot hurst shifter to shift into 1st gear today.

Do they make shifter covers you can put over them while ur car is baking in the sun at work all day??

If not I think I am going to start making some. I did a goggle search and didn't find anything. C'mon I am sure people would take 2 seconds to pull a piece of cloth or leather off there nice fancy looking shifter so it isn't burning your hands to just touch it.

Could be a big seller some day!

I had a yellow 6sp ssr for a few months. It also had an aluminum shifter knob. When it was cold out, I wore a mitten/glove, that I kept in the car because that sucker got SOOO cold. And when it was hot I did the same, because damn did that thing get hot.
