Well i was sitting around...bored...so i decided to go for a cruise....


as im heading down 72ave a black vw gti is heading the opposite direction and someone in the car shoots a paintball at my car!

obviously i wasnt to happy....so i did a quick u turn and caught up to the *******....then the chase was on. He tried to out run me...but quickly realised that wasnt really an option for him.... so, he tries to lose me, making quick turns, weaving in and out of traffic...

while all of this is going on, im on the phone with the cops, giving the a description of the car and his plate #......

i kept following him....i wasnt sure what i was going to do when they stopped....but im sure it would have been ugly...after following him for about 10 mins, he decides to turn onto deerfoot heading north....big mistake

deerfoot was a parking lot....and just as we turned onto deerfoot from 17th ave, the cops called me back, and asked if i had any idea where this guy was at....i said yeah....hes sitting on deerfoot right infront of me.


the cops said they would be there in 5 mins....and they were. they rushed up to the car, guns drawn, and pull the driver and passengers out.....i couldent help but smile.

so....long story short the driver got a stunting ticket....and a ticket for the tint on his windows

there was no damage to my car, the paintball hit my windsheild and easily wiped off...i took pics just incase.

so im on my way home, and a wrx sti pulls up next to me....he had a cool looking body kit on but i wasnt sure if he wanted to race.....i pull ahead a bit and sure enough he pulls up and lets of so i can hear his BOV....im like alright lets go....he hits the gas a bit before i do, and pulls about 1/2 car, by the time i was at the top of second we were neck and neck again, and we were dead even though 3rd before we both let off....

i was very surprised at how well i did againsed him....he rolls down his window and says "sweet car dude, what have you done to that thing!?" ......ummm nothing...its stock...you?

"oh ive got a stage 2 pcm (or somthing...) turbo back exhaust, aftermarket bov.....i cant beleive how fast that thing is!"


anyway long story short, although i didnt beat him, i felt pretty good about my performance....he was a pretty cool guy.

anyway thats it for me guys....sorry its so long...

I want to go cruise with you guys sometime....like maybe sunday night around 8ish....lets meet at chinook mall?

im open to suggestions, i dont really care where we go....

 

Is your car really stock? I always tell people mines stock.

 

Good job getting the ******** with the paintball gun. Too bad the cops weren't in a worse mood. Because of the way they were acting, the cops had probable cause to do a complete search of the vehicle...

What would have been really funny is an assault charge. Paint ball guns are classified as a weapon in several states in the US. Don't know about up there in the great white north.

 

wow i woulda thought that those kdis with the paintball gun should have gotten arrested...

thats a seriosu deal shooting paintball guns at ppl while driving. Remember thsoe kdis in the US you made a video tape of their night doing drive by paintball shootings\? I think they actually went to prison.....

but kudos to you for following thema nd calling the cops...

 

Haha good job man. That could have been really dangerous if it caused you to be distracted and get into an accident. I'm all for having a little fun, but thats not cool. Nice work getting them busted!! HAHA

 

they did search the car, they pulled out all sorts of **** and put it on the hood of his car....i couldent see what they pulled out....they might have used a slingshot or somthing for all i know....i dont really care....he got $500.00 + worth of tickets....
