2.0SC OWNAGE of a Mustang GT!
2.0SC OWNAGE of a Mustang GT!
haha im not gunna lie but it sounds like the mustang wasnt even full throttling it. It sounded like he did off the bat but let off and just constantly accelerated then never really floored it again. You can kind of tell that he did. haha.
The guy in the mustang has no clue how to drive. Even with an auto it should of shifted into a lower gear than it did. I'm not saying the cobalt wouldn't win I am just saying that it was no shape form or fashion a good race. I think a 2.4 SS would of taken that stang. One word pathetic. IMO
i know it had nothing to do with you but Id like to see a real race between a mustang and an ss/sc. I will be taking mine hopefully against a buddy I and SYP know. He has a vortec s/c mustang GT. I think he'll smoke me since he is putting down over 500rwhp but Im gunna do it for the hell of it!
haha .. my sister has an 01 GT with a x-pipe and a borla exhaust and i spank her ass EVERY time we race .. and I dont wanna hear about her being a girl .. cuz she taught me how to drive a straight drive back in the day
I've beaten a 98' Mustang GT from a roll and my car is 100% stock. They really aren't that fast. I just barely beat him by a fender, but none the less.
The 98' Mustang GT had 225HP and ran a mid 14 second quarter mile.
99' to 2004 had 260HP and ran a low 14.
If the driver sucks, it's possible to beat a 01 Mustang GT stock for stock, I swear on it. With stage 2, it may be possible to beat one from a dig if you feather it just right.
Edit: Oh and also, the 2004 Mustang GT ran around 14.8 (That may not be right on, I'm just quoting one of those magazine 1/4 mile time sites) in the quarter mile. Keep in mind I'm not talking about 05 and above because they run mid 13s stock.
