You can run the stage 2 flash, but if you want the most power a retune would be great

with a 2.9 you will be running a little hotter, not to much though, maybe the dual pass plate or a bigger h/e. That should be good for your setup

How hard is the dual pass to install and what exactly does it do?

It will make it so that the water in your intercooler will run through the cores more efficiently. You'll have two streams running through 2 sets of cores, instead of one stream running through one (if that makes any sense)

I think the dual pass is one of the things that might be a little bit harder to install, but still doable. I have seen some docs from GM on how to do it, let me see if I can find them

Here they are:

You should do Option B, with the new reservoir

The dual pass is more effective than the extra he.And the zzp dp sounds like crap I have one.It sounds lishpy. And make sure you put the heat shield back on you have to cut part of it off on the l side to clear the coolat pipe.

The dual pass sounds like a necessary mod... How is the zzp header? which dp would you instead recommend?
