painting the supercharger black only does you harm, it affects the ability of the supercharger to release heat. Dont do it, its dumb.

How does the VIS hood fit? Need to know more about it. Does it still latch? How about the fit and quality?

That looks great! I like the wing actually. From the back its a lil weird or at least at the angle of the pic. But the side shot looks really good.

Wow thanks for all the comments good or bad. As for the wing the pictures dont do it justice it flows nicely with the cobalt body lines and was exactly what i was looking to do and now i can see out my back glass which i dont understand the "airport hangar" thing cause the stock ss wing is a lil more ridiculous. The hood fits great and the finish is amazing it really relieves the heat off the motor and supercharger. As for painting the supercharger it does nothing like trap more heat in or anything. Right now i am trying to get Konig to drill me out some 5x110 Konig Hotswap in 19". If you have any questions feel free to email me at TwztdSS@aol.com.

I Like the Wing, personally i think the big wings make the Cobalt Stick out, looks great!

I gotta agree on the wing. I'd like to put it on my car. Different from the stock low pro, and the trunk should still open (which, as I understand, is the problem with putting the hi pro SS/SC wing on the sedan).

I would like to see some more pics of the hood. You know I'm with you. The wing goes with the SS/SC curves. Its nothing like a air plane wing. I'm really debating on what hood to get and yours looks good. Do you have some more pics of the hood?

I searched and searched for a wing. I originally wanted Black Widow Spyder wing cause i wanted something to go smoothly off the back of the car but it would take to much work to make one fit a cobalt and i found this one on ebay for $60 which it is discontinued. If anyone needs any pics of the car just pm me and i would gladly take them.

Looks good! The wing...i dunno..unique, but I like the stock one better. As long as you like it bro, go for it. The G5 fron bumper is unique as well, the SS/sc one stock looks better in my opinion. But I like the front bumper still. Makes it look slick and aerodynamic! And the slots on the side are sick! :)

I like the overall look to it. I'm a little iffy on the bumper, But I gotta agree that the wing goes nicely with the car. Even stock that wing would look good. It's low, so you can see out the back, yet still eye candy like the stock wing. I like it. and you are the 2nd person to have that hood that I want. Luckily, no yellow ones that I know of yet. Just you and anolomous (spelling?), his is a black ss s/c. Do you notice the engine running cooler at all now that the heat can escape?

Na the car still runs the same temp 180 degrees even with the hood. I even have water wetter in it. When your sitting at a stop light or something you can see the heat coming out of the vents like crazy though!
