Orlando Dyno day (06/24/07)
Orlando Dyno day (06/24/07)
The weekend of 06/22/07 is the annual Florida J-Body's GM sportcompact show. Friday night is track night at Speedworld. Saturday a car show at Old-Town. I have set-up a dyno session at VMP Tuning. It is $45 a car with 2 pulls and air/fuel readings. The show is for all GM sportcompact cars and we wouold love to have you guys and join us at the dyno session. Post up if you are interested.
Yes more info will be out soon. VMP Tuning is 2 miles from I4 at exit 104. We can probably have people meet up and cruise together. I want to get a idea of how many people we could have.
Yes this is still on. If anyone is interested in getting tuned you need to email Justin (owner of the shop) Justin@VMPTuning.com and give him a list of your mods. There is a chance he will not want to tune on the dyno day because of trying to get all the cars on the dyno who are doing basic pulls.
If anyone is planning to come ot the show on Saturday you need to pre-register to get a class for your type of cars. Also it is $15 for pre-register $20 day of the show. You do not have to show to do the dyno day.

I will post up exact time to meet up probably week before. There is more than 2 people dynoing. Looking like 8-10 cars. Still if you want to get tuned you have to email Justin (he would be the one tuning) so he knows what you have done and he will decide if he will actually tune the car that day. These are not my rules. I know he has turned down to tune one of the supercharged J's in our group on that day, because of the time he feels that would be needed to tune it. SO our guy is going on another day to get tuned.
just updating. This event is a week away. The dyno is still on. Looking to start around 9am. If you are going to dyno, please post and put your name. Thanks

The best thing to do is email Justin@VMPTuning.com and tell him your set-up. He has said he really does not want to tune on Sunday, so it does not get in the way of the people trying to get basic pulls.
