Good photo spots?
Good photo spots?
Anyone know of any really good photo spots around the Tacoma area? I am trying to think of somewhere to go to get some good pics, but can't really think of anywhere. Down on Ruston Way is all I can think of but it's usually too crowded when it's nice out.
ruston way is good for the scenic kind of view but theres a couple of spots in like wearhouse areas by the port of tacoma that would be kinda cool i think.
and i bet if i asked around i have some friends out in like the spanaway are and they might know some cool wooded places.

dude there is a fresh ass parking lot up by alki,.... i know its a ways from tacoma, but behind ur car you would have qwest stadium and the space needle, skyscrapers and crap... i want to do it bad... ill look at a map and figure it out more and let you know.
tacoma kinda sucks... it seems like when ur doing waterfront pics you always get crappy stuff in the background, like barges and stuff ::i think thats what theyre called::. Maybe try the 5 mile drive down there by the point.... i think you might be able to pull off on some off the picnic areas and get some sweet pics...
Paradise.... its not what it use to be up there.... they let the visitor center go to ****... i know theyre building a new one and all, but... I use to go there a lot as a kid... I loved that place. my bestfriends dad is one of the painters for up there and he said its been like 5 or more years, since that building has gotten any love :-(.... plus i think they just reopened that area because of those winter storms.
ummmm i have taken a couple of good locations by the East Side of Tacoma but closer to 38th street its a nice area look at my myspace pics. www.myspace.com/techchief
Found a decent spot down at the port near where I work. It would be a good spot if we had a bunch of cars. The lot was huge and there was no one parked in it. On a clear day you can get some good shots with Rainier in the background.
