i got mine on today. it sounds awesome without the silencer. the silencer was a joke, my buddy's 71 super beetles exhaust was larger than the outlet on the silencer lol. i had a bit of a rattle though, my heat shield was touching the end of my resonator, where it bolts up to the s pipe. i think it sounds great though!

You guys are great !! And thanks for meeting me for the transaction. Yes 2.2 people this exhaust does fit and it fits perfectly. Shop said that there were no problems with installation at all. Shop also told me that when he cranked it up after the install there were people crowded around saying how awesome it sounded.

I highly doubt that video has the silencer in. I think that I will get this exhaust now that I know it comes with a silencer, because it is just too good of a deal to pass. If there is not a better video by the time I get mine, then I will make one with drive by's and both with and without the silencer.

There was no silencer in the video. The silencer that comes with the system closes the outlet to about a inch. That maybe an exxageration but it closes the outlet up to real narrow hole.

As I said before, I will make a good video of the exhaust at idle, from both inside and outside the car, then a drive by, and driving from inside the car. That way everyone will have a good reference to the sound of it.

You guys are great !! And thanks for meeting me for the transaction. Yes 2.2 people this exhaust does fit and it fits perfectly. Shop said that there were no problems with installation at all. It should bolt up to any downpipe, the only verison is the one currently out, they have not made any different ones yet

Theres no quiet when you take the cat out, even with the GMPP system its really loud. I wanna quiet it down, but it runs strong so it's gonna stay this way for a while. I might do dual exits, but not for a while.

Well, I don't mind the sound, and the power gain was worth it. For a nice mod, until you do a header, port your stock manifold. Free HP, and noticably lower tone to the exhaust. Not sure why it changes the sound to a deeper note, but I like it.

Just got off the phone with megan, i guess they had my exhaust order confused with my spring order, so the exhaust has been picked up by the trucking company and is in transit, I will begin sending out invoices from google tonight.

Just got off the phone with megan, i guess they had my exhaust order confused with my spring order, so the exhaust has been picked up by the trucking company and is in transit, I will begin sending out invoices from google tonight.

Is there some trick to getting the silencer out of this thing? I removed the two bolts and gave a little tug but, it feels like it's wedged in there or something. Did anyone else have difficulties with this?

Finally got the silencer out over the weekend - Although the exhaust is a bit loud for my tastes, it sounds great and the butt dyno definately feels a difference. Great exhaust for the price!
