ok so for a while now ive been getting stains on my seats just from regular wear and tear, rain drops or other things....Neway you can tell the difference from how they used to look to what they look now....I wanna no how i get that clean look back....I made i went to a local car wash to the shampoer and did them myself but it looks like damn water spots dried up on my seats now any information from anyone who actually knows how to clean these seats let me know

I used my household steam cleaner and it took it back to looking great! After I got them cleaned, I scotch gaurded them and they haven't gotten that bad again!

I don't have the Recaro's... but that sounds like good advice.

Hot water extractors (steam cleaners), stain removers and applicable surface cleaners can be used. There are lots of methods to getting your seats looking fresh again. Make sure you spot treat it first before anything. Try to get the major stains out and then proceed with any regular cleaners if necessary. And follow with a steam cleaner.

I actually have been using the Armor All carpet and fabric cleaner on the seats and it works great. It got all the grease stains and water stains out of the mesh without a problem.

1 very important thing make sure you prespray with the spot remover or what ever (Upholstery Prespray works Best)Then Steam or Rinse out with just water>>> To remove any of the soap residue! Otherwise the soap just encapsulates it & then the stain comes Back! If the stain doesn't come out the 1st try then repeat>>..But remember to vac the seat & wet areas good! Over wetting or leaving them to wet will cause Brown out or Tanning of the Material! I've also cleaned LsjPup's Seats!

My ex-girlfriend spilled hot chocolate all over my passenger side door once. She opened the door, and as she was getting in a gust of wind made the door close, spilling the hot chocolate all over the seat. I was pretty mad, lol. I went over to try and clean it up. I thought she was holding the door open for me, but when i reached my hand in, another gust of wind came and slammed my hand in the door. Lol, it hurt. I cleaned it up the best I could, but it still looked bad.
In the end, I ended up taking it to a shop and having then steam clean it. Came out good as new.
