This past weekend I was in Gatlinburg, TN for "ZDayz" with my buddy and his TT 350Z. I took the Balt down as well for some fun in the mountains as well as to run the Tail of the Dragon. I made 12 passes through the Dragon, and it was one of the most exhilirating things I have ever done. I must say, I was very impressed with the Balt, she did much better than I imagined. I would actually outrun the 350's becuase their brakes would fade and mine would not. I did however "drift" the back end around two of the corners, which scared the **** out of me! I highly recommend this to anyone who truly loves driving. I will defintely be going back!

Same here! I was there the first weekend of the month with the MINIs. The only thing that sucked is it rained EVERY DAY we were there. I plan on going back again though, hopefully with nicer weather.

 

Definitely, Saturday was perfect, 82 Sunny, the road was warm, the tires were warm and sticky! Could not have scripted a better day!

That stretch of highway is awesome!! They have a lot of bikers that do that frequently. I forgot its like 2 or 3 that die there each year. I was in Pigeon Forge last Saturday. The only thing I saw was an old eclipse that rev'd at me. I rev'd mine and everyone did a 180 to look at what was making that whine. He backed off after that haha

Sounds like a interesting place to be. Never heard of this Dragon. I'm gkad you were able to slay it man! Seems like a fun place to drive.

 

The #1 350Z is the guy I went down there with, I was right behind him. Its a Twin Turbo 350 with 480rwhp! That car is sick!
