Exclamation TOGheader prototype is complete

ok guys here's the prototype, so it looks a little rough. this one does not have the coating on it, and the welds are a little rough. THIS HEADER WAS MADE FOR TEST PURPOSES ONLY. i want to stress that the production header will be completely clean and ceramic coated. the downpipe is pretty much in the state that it will be sold in. numbers will be released soon by jon

there has been alot of work going on, and hopefully this will be enough to hold everyone over until he can get pictures of the actual production header up

<edited> the 3" collector will come with an adapter to change it to the 2.5" stock piping. he will probably be making a 3" spacer soon that will allow it to hook to a 3" aftermarket exhaust

the header will be released with a satin grey ceramic coating on it.

That would be fine, you have to struggle to see the header anways on the SS.

ok the header has been installed on a completely stock car, and 300 miles has been put on it over the last 24 hours just to make sure everything was working. there won't be a review of it until tomorrow afternoon when the dyno #'s have been posted. but just fyi the stock manifold collector where the pipe connects to the downpipe is only about 1.5" wide! yes i'll post a picture of it tomorrow. the manifold is pushing out the entire engines exhaust through what looks like 1.5" wide by 1" high (roughly) when i seen that i just started laughing and everyone else around was dumbfounded as well that they would do something like that from the factory. very small compared to the 3" collector on the tog system updates tomorrow on #'s
