hell the cops there dont need em... If you get caught racing you just get a warning... Here in texas you get the death penalty...

The fines in Japan for street racing are huge. The speeding tickets start at a couple hundred dollars. For American's (service members) an accident is always a majority our fault regardless. Hell, it costs so much for a drivers license over there and we get ours basically handed to us.

there is a police department in wisconsin that has a really bad ass fox body 5.0 kb flowzilla with nitrous squad car... it was a dare car but they gave up on dare so now its a normal squad car..
