I was thinking of painting all of my resevoir caps red such as the oil cap, coolant cap, etc. What do you think of it? Do you think it will look good and I should do it or do you think it will look retarded. I am struggling with myself as to what to do.

 

go for it. if you're going to do it, i would somehow mask off the white parts, which will be a bitch, but i think it would look good if you still had the white parts. or go old school with a brush. if it was all red, it will look like you just spraypainted over it, which would not be cool.

 

It is impossible to mask off the white lettering because they are just stickers and would have to be removed prior to painting. So they would be solid red. I was also thinking of painting the fuse box cover black with a red chevy logo in the center of it

 

Go for it. I saw another member paint his silver/gunmetal and they looked pretty good.

Should I do them red or black? You think painting the intake pipe would be going to far? I was thinking of doing that black.

 

I think black on the intake wouldnt look bad.....but I say paint them red they are already black
