cobaltcoupe 06-02-2007, 02:42 AM I'm really interested in one of these but does it have the SAI hookup for the 2.2L?
nramlow2006 06-02-2007, 03:19 AM im intersested but i would have to wait 2 weeks.. for my next pay check...
I am buying. I was waiting on a deal like this.
JUICED_SS 06-02-2007, 11:37 AM I want a black one for the 2.0L. Do a group buy on those and I'll buy one... :)
OrngBalt 06-02-2007, 12:41 PM I'm really interested in one of these but does it have the SAI hookup for the 2.2L?
Cobalt, to the best of my knowledge only the K&N Intake has a hook up for us SAI restricted guys. Maybe Turbo Tech can give you a better answer because from their picture it almost looks SAI capable.
If so, there are alot of 2.2ers that would breathe a big sigh of relief along with their cars
cobaltcoupe 06-02-2007, 01:16 PM Yeah, I saw the pic and I got a little excited. Now I have a Fujita that is useless to me so I have to find an SAI compatible CAI and I wouldn't mind ordering K&N but the Injen would be a better choice.
OrngBalt 06-02-2007, 02:16 PM Hahaha, I saw your post last night and waited cuz I saw the hose too and got a little excited as well. Maybe Turbo Tech can answer. I think I am gonna end up getting a K&N and then find an AEM Dryflow filter to fit on it. Just to eliminate any chance of tripping a CEL with the oiled filter.
If you hear anything about the Injen let me know. I wish the GMPP was compatible
TurboTechRacing 06-02-2007, 02:35 PM We have the AEM dryflows on the site @ www.TurboTechRacing.com
K&N is the only intake that works on the 2007 2.2/2.4L :)

Jackalope 06-02-2007, 06:16 PM K&N is the only intake that works on the 2007 2.2/2.4L :)
Huh? I currently have the GMPP intake on my 2007 2.4 and it fits fine.

TurboTechRacing 06-11-2007, 05:23 PM Only 2 left, no one is jumping on this?!?!
If USPS Express to Canada wasn't so expensive, I'd get one.
Man I thought you would not have any problem getting rid of these at that price.
sick06cobalt 06-12-2007, 01:22 AM 1) are these still avalible?
2) How long will it take to ship?
3) These ARE right out of the box fresh right?
TurboTechRacing 06-12-2007, 09:38 AM If USPS Express to Canada wasn't so expensive, I'd get one.
Check the rates on www.USPS.com insured for the price of the intake, it is right on.
Also with USPS you have minimal duties/taxes by Canada.
Order from a place that ships UPS or Fed Ex and have a nice $100 bill for duties and taxes when you get the intake at your door :)
In the long run USPS is faster and cheaper.... As around the forums.

1) are these still avalible? (once the last two are sold the discount code will no longer work)
2) How long will it take to ship? (in stock ships within 24 hours)
3) These ARE right out of the box fresh right?(new in the box, we are just over stocked on the black ones and need to sell some out)
We are not a vendor to mess around, bottom line, you get a good deal :)
sick06cobalt 06-12-2007, 05:37 PM sorry turbo but this isnt the one i was looking for.. Im getting one that boosts my hp +16.9, and my torque +15.5.. THe one im looking for is the 7026 not the 7024 sorry. what are the specs for this and maybe ill reconsider..

thats ok you dont have to get it, I want it, i just have to wait till the end of the week :cussing: so if someone buys the last one before me i'm going to :bye:
sick06cobalt 06-12-2007, 07:55 PM well theres 2 left so...
Matrix78 06-12-2007, 08:09 PM a day or so ago when i PM'd for the code there was one, maybe the other backed out, either way, whom ever gets it, good for them
sick06cobalt 06-12-2007, 08:11 PM It was me man.. Its not the one i want.. I get a better performance from the other one and its 5 bucks more and free shipping
Matrix78 06-12-2007, 08:25 PM 5 bux more than retail or the sale price, now your going to get me 2nd guessing myself whats the diff between the 7024 and 7026?
edit, i'm finding the 7026 is for the SS/SC and the 7024 is for the rest of us
sick06cobalt 06-12-2007, 10:17 PM THe 7026 fits the 2.2L as well.. The difference is the boost in Horsepower and torque .. the 7026 give us (2.2L) +16.9 HP and +15.5 TQ... and its 5-10bucks more than the sales price + shipping from...THe 7024 only gives you +6.6 HP and +17.1 TQ.. so if you order the 7024 from turbotech.. you are paying around $225 and if you order the 7026 you pay 235 but thats with free shipping and ships within a day..
So if you want an overall better intake go with the 7026 but if you want just alittle more TQ go with the 7024
Heres my justification:

The 7026 DOES NOT fit the 2.2L it fits ONLY the 2.0 with the supercharger, that is why there is so many gains so the supercharger can breathe easier.
Go to www.Injen.com you will see the SP7026 is for the 2.0 L only. It will not fit the 2.2L
Car domain is completely wrong, you will be very mad when you get an intake and it is not even for your car...

Sorry Man.. I thought it was alittle funny that it said fits 2.2L only and yet the applications only say it fits the 05-06 css.. my bad.. i was going off of the information i had.. so maybe ill be buying from you turbotech:)
TurboTechRacing 06-13-2007, 01:36 AM :) We just wanted to save you A LOT of troubles....
sick06cobalt 06-13-2007, 01:39 AM :) We just wanted to save you A LOT of troubles....

nramlow2006 06-13-2007, 02:17 AM how many 2.2l are left
Red06LS 06-13-2007, 04:20 AM Does any one have a pic of the 2.2 in black?? Sounds cool because ide rather have one that matches all the stock black plastick instead of a big ass chrome thing that sticks out like a soar thumb.
Matrix78 06-14-2007, 09:23 AM ok, i hope there's at least one left, i want to place my order this AM/Afternoon :)
TurboTechRacing 06-14-2007, 10:03 AM I think at most there is one left, we have to see all the orders that came in over night.

almost all of you black plstic under the hood will be gone if you get an intake.
Matrix78 06-14-2007, 10:57 AM ok, i hope there's at least one left, i want to place my order this AM/Afternoon :)

sick06cobalt 06-14-2007, 06:28 PM SO are there anymore.. because Im guessin that I can get it
TurboTechRacing 06-14-2007, 06:34 PM There is ONE left and that is it.
sick06cobalt 06-14-2007, 06:40 PM okay I didnt know if you had sold it yet.. sorry man
Not that I car one way or another because I bought one from you and saved the $30...BUT, I was told Tuesday night before I ordered that there was only 1 left....which I bought....and now it's 1 left again. Seems kinda deceptive IMO, but whatever.
sick06cobalt 06-14-2007, 06:43 PM hmmm.... that is alittle deceptive...
TurboTechRacing 06-14-2007, 10:01 PM These are now gone, BTW someones order didn't go through that is why we had this last one left but it is now officially gone.

K&N is the only intake that works on the 2007 2.2/2.4L :)
I have an '07 2.4SS w/ the 2.2 AEM CAI..........works just fine.
btw, call me retarded, but what is all this "SAI" mess people are talking about with the '07s, why hasn't anyone mentioned it before when I talked about intakes, and should I be concerned? Its been on the car since October and i've had no problems with it. The only time the CEL came on was when I put the full exhaust on, and it threw the code b/c of the XTC de-cat downpipe. (lack of cat overheats the rear O2 sensor).
Red06LS 06-14-2007, 10:54 PM almost all of you black plstic under the hood will be gone if you get an intake.
You still have the black on the valve cover, fuse box, and the black plastic covering all the tubing. But yea the bigget part will be gone but i still would rather have an intake that doesnt hella stand out.
sick06cobalt 06-20-2007, 02:39 PM Hey got the intake today.. everything looks fine.. Thanks for your help!
Guys this is a great vendor to buy from!
TurboTechRacing 06-20-2007, 03:25 PM :) Thanks, BTW we have more in stock, however we cannot offer any more at this price.
nramlow2006 06-20-2007, 04:40 PM :) Thanks, BTW we have more in stock, however we cannot offer any more at this price.
WELL what kinda deal can u offer then... i think there is enough people that didnt get in n this steel that would prolly jump on a gb if u offerd it..
TurboTechRacing 06-20-2007, 04:44 PM ^^ Sorry there is not enough room for a GP on these, we have a pretty low price already. We were just over stocked and need to move a couple out.
