finally completed my exhaust.
no sound clips as of yet. maybe tomorrow.
i used to have a leaky ass pacesetter header, stock dp, 2.5 catback up to the axle where it was 2.25 and a magnaflow muffler.
lately my car has been slow since chevy gave me a 'tune up' and they said maybe the cat got clogged up a little. it is still not to its full potential , but replacing everything helped.
moved onto LSJ manifold, LSJ downpipe, 2.25 piping with a 22'' glasspack, to a magnaflow muffler 2.5''. the exhaust note is so perfect. not extremely loud or anything, but it just sounds amazing. theres no other way to describe it. feels way different too. you can feel the lost low end becuase of the header/downpipe, but my power seems to kick in around 4k, then REALLY kicks in at 5k. i went from my cousin pulling on me in every gear, to us being dead even other than me slightly pulling in the lower gears.
but like i said, i can still feel like my car is kind of fighting me. i dont know what chevy fucked up but there is no CEL. i plan on ordering a new air filter this week, if i can find the god damn part number, a new exhaust gasket(didnt change it out yet), and maybe soon a new clutch because mine feels way different than my cousins 07 cobalt with 5k miles on it haha.
