Snow tires...
Snow tires...
I know, it's a little early for that but I'm going to start buying them one at a time (rims/tires) until I'm done. Doing it like this will be less painful financially.
The question I have is what's the smallest tire size that will go on the SS/SC ? I did search and found nothing of worth. Thanks for the help guys.

Both of the above are right. You're going to pay WAY less to buy them as a set. How about this, instead of BUYING one wheel/tire at a time, just take the MONEY for one wheel/tire and put it in a savings account, do the same the next month and the month after that. When you've got enough to cover the cost, order them all at once. Shipping is way cheaper. In fact you'll probably save the cost of one tire JUST in consolodating shipping into one order.
No, not without shaving off part of the caliper material. NOT WORTH IT for a winter wheel...

I was able to get a set of chevy HHR alloy wheels in 16" size (same bolt pattern as the ss/sc) for $102.50 BRAND NEW SET OF 4 on ebay this past fall. check around. alloys for the right price will look way better than steelies.
and the 205/60/16 tire size is perfect. I highly recommend the Michelin x-ice.
