im doing a procharger swap on my redline.. i hate the heaton... dont wanna switch to full turbo.. an dont want to wait for tag to finish the twin screw so i am going to go with a c-1 or c-2 procharger... a big ass FMIC and a nice loud bov lol... then like a little 35 shot of nitrous for a little kick... pistons rod main and head studs full exhaust maybe get some blank lsj cams an get a nice grind... just soemthings i hope to get done by the end of the summer!.. anda clutch an maybe axles

Well, That will definatly work. Don't do any roll racing though, the severe lack of low end torque will kill you, but to each his own.

ill take that chance im sure it wont be horrible as everyone is making it... but id rather run in the low 12s... maybe even high 11s then be able to beat a evo from a roll....

That wasn't thaaaat annoying...well maybe cause I'm a turbo guy myself. But yeah that bov is pretty damn loud. Honestly, I think my car sounds more annoying. Damn, I should make a video clip of me driving hahahah LOL

Then again, I can't imagine myself driving a S/C car....hearing constant whine while in boost! At least with turbo's they only vent when ur off the throttle.

Blah..who cares...that mustang driver was an okay drifter...probably couldn't keep up with those fob drifters! hahah LOL

 

I like the sound of a crisp BOV. That one would get annoying but remember this is a full drift car so things are loud and not to mention the tire roar is defining. Some S/C's are really annoying.

usually BOVs are a short intense burst of air
maybe 1second or 2.

I didnt find the sound annoying...just its duration.
it seemed like a very LONGGGGG blow off.

 

Yeah, its like the air brakes on a semi, only continuously for like 10 seconds!

 

some bov's sound good i remem when my brother had the mopar one on his srt-4 it was annoying cuz it just sounded like hissing but now he has the super sequential and it sounds good

 

it was blowing off like that as long as it was because he was at full or close to full boost then letting off to about half throttle

 

That BOV was kind of annoying but I really love the Tial BOV's they sound amazing.
